but more importantly (as I have pointed out on Our Kingdom) Fraser Nelsons article is just factually incorrect on several points. 

The title of the &#039;Scottish Government&#039; is a term that was used after a consultation by the previous Labour administration concluded that few people knew what &#039;Scottish Executive&#039; actually meant and it further confused the constitutional picture. The term would be used whether the SNP were in power or not.</description>
