Always up for a scrap with Tories :-) - we&#039;ll be publishing some more soon on broader progressive visions for Scotland in the build up to the 2011 Holyrood elections and things, but for the next few weeks, in the build up to the smoke-screen budget, will be unashamedly doing what we can to defend public services and the welfare state both sides of the border.
